The meeting is open to members of the press and public. Anyone who wishes to address the Council should arrive ahead of the meeting and make themselves known to the Clerk or Chair of Council. Arrangements can be made to allow the public to address the Council before the meeting starts but contributions from the public or press are not permitted during proceedings.
