Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic
Carmarthenshire County Council hereby gives notice that from 4th day of May, 2021, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along that length of road known as the U6216 St Clears from its junction with the C2001 for a total distance of 70 metres in a westerly direction
The closure is necessary for Welsh Water to carry out urgent mains water works.
The alternative route for west bound traffic will be to proceed in a south-easterly direction along the C2001 passing property known as Penycoed Farm to its junction with C2002. At the junction, turn right near property known as Park Villa and continue in a westerly direction along the C2002 to its junction with U6216. At the junction, turn right near property known as White Lion Public House and continue in a north-westerly to north-easterly direction to return to a point west of the closure. Vice versa for east bound traffic.
This Notice shall continue in force for a period not exceeding twenty one days after which time its provision may be extended by a Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the same Act.
