Welfare Field Shed Maintenance March 2019
Work required
Location: Welfare Field Storage Shed (south end of the field at St Clears Leisure Centre).
Date active: 25th March 2019
Closing date for tenders: 18th April 2019
Work required: To replace two windows and repair the door of the shed to make it weather proof and secure.
Windows: Current broken glass windows and metal frame to be removed. Replacement windows made of UPVC and re-enforced glass and an 8-10mm mesh covering to be installed. Size of each window (2 in total) 48in x 43in (guide size, the successful bidder will need to measure the windows).
Door: Steel door in need of repair at four hinges and lock to be repaired / replaced. Please see the photos over the page.

It is expected that the contractor will have all necessary insurances in place to complete the work, including:
- A waste carrier’s license
- Insurance cover that
will indemnify the Town Council against liability in respect of the following:
- The Employer and to the Employee of the Employer
- The Employees of the Contractor
- To any other persons
In the minimum sum of £5,000,000 in respect of any one claim. The insurance cover shall be valid for the period of the contract.
It is expected that the successful Contractor will be responsible for all health and safety issues including risk assessments relating to operations.
