Mae'r cyfarfod ar agor i aelodau'r wasg a'r cyhoedd ac os hoffech ymuno â’r cyfarfod. dylech gysylltu â’r Clerc o flaen llaw i gael manylion mynediad. Mae Cyngor Tref Sanclêr yn hwyluso cyfranogiad y cyhoedd yn ystod cyfarfodydd llawn y Cyngor. Nid yw hyn yn golygu y gall aelodau'r cyhoedd gymryd rhan mewn dadl, ond byddant yn cael cyfle rhesymol ar ddechrau'r cyfarfod i ofyn cwestiynau/gwneud sylwadau am y busnes i'w drafod yn y cyfarfod ac sydd ar agor ar gyfer trafodaeth gyhoeddus (mae busnes cyfrinachol wedi'i eithrio). Os ydych am roi sylw i'r Cyngor, cysylltwch â'r clerc a bydd trefniadau'n cael eu gwneud. Ni chaniateir cyfraniadau gan y cyhoedd na'r wasg yn ystod achosion.
The Ordinary Meeting of the Town Council will be held at the Gate on Tuesday 18th July 2023 at 6.30pm.
The meeting is open to members of the press and public and anyone who wishes to attend the meeting should contact the Clerk of the Council to receive the details. St Clears Town Council facilitates public participation at its Full Council meetings. This does not mean that members of the public can take part in debate, but they will be afforded a reasonable opportunity at the beginning of the meeting to ask questions/make representations about the business to be discussed or transacted at the meeting and which is open for public discussion (confidential business is excluded). If you wish to address Council, please contact the clerk and arrangements will be made. Contributions from the public or press are not permitted during proceedings.
