It is with regret that on the grounds of health and safety, the decision has been made to temporarily close St Clears Riverside Path (Peillac Way).with immediate effect. Due to the erosion of the riverbank and persistent flooding the route has become unsafe and will be barriered off until further notice. Please be assured that plans are in place to reopen the path once a sustainable solution has been found. Carmarthenshire County Council will be working closely with St Clears Town Council to enhance the well-used route for the people of the town and surrounding communities.
